How do I change my email address online without having to phone?

Follow these steps:

1. Log in.
2. Click Help.
3. Under Change Your Details, click Change Your Email Address.
4. Complete the fields and click Submit. Your email address has been changed.

How do I change my online password?

Follow these steps:

1. Log in.
2. Click Help.
3. Under Change Your Details, click Change your password.
4. Nominate your new password and your new password prompt.
5. Click Save Amendments. Your password has been changed.

How do I change my online username?
